Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining sales Force’s skill and knowledge by planning and executing training program (in class training, pre-post test, role play, monthly disease and product knowledge on line quiz and field mentoring) ion their own area responsibility.
Requirements
Min 3 years experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably from Area Sales Supervisor/Area Sales Manager position.
Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Apothecary, or science Background (Chemistry, Biology, MIPA)
Male or Female, 25 – 40 years old.
Has passion on training.
